Experience: 1980-2000: Tax planning, estate and trust, corporate transaction, mergers and acquistions, and most other areas of taxation; 1957-1980: Tax Director of Zurich Insurance Company. Taught at Syracuse University and at Chicago Kent School of Law.

Admitted to Practice: United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois; Illinois Supreme Court; United States Tax Court.
