We handle claims involving pollution and environmental law, accident and health insurance law, primary, excess and reinsurance coverage, admiralty and maritime law, inland and ocean marine insurance coverage and liability, fidelity and surety cases, civil rights claims, unfair employment practice claims and the defense of municipalities.

Our business and corporate law experience encompasses all facets of corporate and partnership organization and reorganization, federal and state taxation, finance and general corporate law, along with insurance company licensing and policy drafting.

estate planning and estate administration.

BILLING:
Statements are prepared with the aid of the firm's computerized timekeeping and billing system. Statements are customarily issued on a quarterly basis, but accommodation can be made to a client's particular requirements. Routine out of pocket expenses are advanced by the firm and billed at regular billing cycles. Fees are based upon hourly rates.
